As a key member of our Service Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless service operations, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into actionable work orders for technicians.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Analyze service lapses and work with supervisors to implement improvements.
- Administer warranty repairs and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement activities and champion a culture of excellence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar in the Automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and transact estimates and payments.
- Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks.
