Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor III to join our team at Rivian. As a key member of our Service Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless service operations, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into actionable work orders for technicians.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Analyze service lapses and work with supervisors to implement improvements.
  • Administer warranty repairs and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and champion a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar in the Automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic mathematics skills to prepare and transact estimates and payments.
  • Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks.
