Position Summary:
We are seeking an Administrator II, Agency Sales Support to contribute to our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering essential reporting metrics to the Sales division.
This position offers a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to comprehend and prioritize their analytical requirements, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain interactive visualizations through thorough data analysis and interpretation, incorporating reporting components from various data sources.
- Identify and propose process enhancements that significantly streamline workloads and eliminate reporting redundancies.
- Act as a resource for team members and stakeholders on assignments and projects.
- Engage in interdepartmental collaboration to offer support.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in database and model design along with segmentation techniques.
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
- Strong analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Experience in technical writing relevant to queries, reports, and presentations.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel, with a willingness to learn additional analytics tools.
- Proactive in identifying tasks that need to be accomplished.
- Adaptable and capable of managing last-minute changes and requests in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
