About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Professional to join our team at TransLoop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage TransLoop's technology and carrier network to deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including developing and implementing sales processes and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Relevant supply chain, sales, or customer service experience, with a proven track record of high performance
- Strong writing and speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
