Job Title: Mid-Market Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Transloop Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, and develop a deep understanding of their logistics needs and challenges. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
