- Efficiently coordinate service appointments for our technicians, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.

- Prepare customer quotes and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Educate and solicit customers on all products and services available by United Fire Equipment Company, promoting our brand and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, scheduling, or retail.
- Computer knowledge, specifically Google and Microsoft products and CRM platforms.
- Scheduling experience a plus.
- Able to regularly move and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and sit, with the ability to balance and climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
