Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Technician to join our team at MSI, LLC in Westminster, CO. As an AR Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving problem accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional customer service to homeowners and associations
  • Research and resolve complex account issues to ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Process and post closing checks, deposits, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare and send status letters and other communications to homeowners and associations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting department
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to research and problem-solve complex account issues
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
