Job Summary

The Senior Corporate FP&A Planning Lead is a key role within NetApp's finance organization, responsible for leading the enterprise-wide profit and loss statement forecast process. This position requires a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support external guidance, multi-year P&L scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with business unit and functional organizations to derive financial outlooks and communicate risks and opportunities
  • Provide company, business segment, product family, and market financial and non-financial metrics in support of earnings calls
  • Drive financial model, system, and process improvement initiatives that impact profit and loss planning globally
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Lead
  • Previous business finance and/or financial planning and analysis experience
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to the creation and communication of executive-level content in PowerPoint
  • Excellent business acumen with an understanding of operational drivers of revenue, gross margin dollars, and operating expenses
