Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for various business units, including ISD, Facilities, HR, Finance, and legal.
- Monthly and Quarterly Monitoring: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
- Annual Operating Plan and Monthly Forecasts: Collaborate with division teams to develop and maintain annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including variance analysis and KPI progress.
- FP&A Operations: Improve FP&A operations, including process optimization and ad-hoc requests.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: The expected annual pay range for this position is $93,500 - $140,500.
- Bonus Opportunities: Eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay.
