Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your role involves:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings.
  • Efficiently serving food and beverages with a focus on courtesy and accuracy.
  • Building lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Welcoming guests and promptly attending to their needs.
  • Taking and processing guest orders accurately using our POS system.
  • Preparing and serving meal accompaniments.
  • Ensuring a memorable dining experience and addressing any guest concerns.
  • Assisting with various operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down stations.
  • Participating in required training and meetings to enhance your skills.

What You Bring
We seek individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for creating personalized guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
