About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Carters. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
