Counseling Team Lead

CHC Addiction Services is seeking a highly skilled Counseling Supervisor to lead our counseling team at RAMAR, a residential facility providing intensive counseling and round-the-clock monitoring for men struggling with addiction. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and direct the day-to-day activities of the program, ensuring exceptional services are delivered while maintaining program productivity and adherence to policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate the RAMAR counseling staff to ensure exceptional services are being provided.
- Plan, organize, and direct the day-to-day activities of the program.
- Maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling.
- Monitor and maintain program productivity and observance of program/agency policies and guidelines.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCC-S or LISW-S or the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDC-CS.
- Knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, including strong skills in leadership, supervision, communication, and employee development.
