Key Responsibilities- Manage and reconcile operational business expenses
- Mentor and support operations and sales staff as needed
- Manage office supply inventory within assigned budget
- Assist with hiring, process HR documentation, and maintain store files
- Coordinate the Safety Committee, Product Quality issues, and Loss Prevention standards
- Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
