Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about cultivating a dynamic workplace culture? As a People Generalist focusing on Team Member Relations, you will play a pivotal role in our HR operations. Your responsibilities will encompass essential areas such as team member relations, compensation, training, diversity, and engagement. You will facilitate organizational policies, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and support various business functions. Help us foster a positive work environment where every team member can excel.

This position requires in-office presence one day a week.

Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in team member relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively guide and influence.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in team member relations and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team member relations, managing conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Advise management on best practices to ensure equitable and consistent application of company policies.
  • Assist managers with performance management, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary measures.
  • Develop and implement performance enhancement plans.
  • Communicate and enforce organizational policies and programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices to improve the team member experience.
  • Manage and safeguard confidential team member records with a focus on data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the People Development team on training initiatives and special projects.
  • Lead efforts to enhance team member engagement, aligning practices with company culture and values.
  • Provide support and collaboration to business units, ensuring alignment of People strategies with organizational needs.
