Job Opportunity

Energy Systems Southeast, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Finance and HR Assistant in Birmingham, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the pre and post-hire process, including managing job postings, responding to hiring manager and applicant inquiries, and coordinating orientation.
  • Support the orientation and onboarding process by conducting new employee orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and assisting with benefits administration.
  • Provide general HR support, including maintaining employee personnel files, conducting audits, and assisting with benefits administration.
  • Offer general accounting support, including assisting with payroll administration, reconciling benefit invoices, and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Perform basic office tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
