Hotel Night Auditor

At Buffalo Lodging Associates, we're seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property
  • Organize previous shifts' paperwork, close and balance all room accounts and vouchers
  • Investigate and analyze out-of-balance situations, run trial balance reports, and perform night audit

Requirements:
  • Computer knowledge, including intranet, property management system, Word, and Excel
  • Availability to work overnights, 11 PM-7 AM, including weekends
