Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Complex Care Clinic team at Seattle Children's. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns.

This position involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team and families to promote access to coordinated services within Seattle Children's and the community. You will also empower families through education and support, as well as advocacy.

About the Role

The Family Advocate Case Manager will support our behavioral health programs, including new intensive behavioral health services. This role will involve working with children, adolescents, and families with complex psychiatric conditions using supportive case management.

You will be a hybrid of in-person and remote work, ensuring equity in access to services. Our services may run into evening hours, and preferred candidates will have a commitment to learn and actively engage in anti-racist work and efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and families to promote access to coordinated services
  • Empower families through education and support, as well as advocacy
  • Support our behavioral health programs, including new intensive behavioral health services
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in social science or a related field
  • Experience working with patients who have a diagnosis of Autism or other psychiatric conditions, and their families
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $34.41 - $51.62 per hour. This compensation range is calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise.
