Job Opportunity:

The Community House Mental Health Agency is seeking a skilled LINC Residential Case Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

As a LINC Residential Case Manager, you will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive community supports, meeting established program goals. Your expertise in harm-reduction, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches will be essential in delivering high-quality services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $34-$42 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes company-paid medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as a 403B retirement plan with employer match.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing rapport with clients to build trust and establish a sense of security.
  2. Assisting clients in developing necessary skills for independent living, such as meal preparation, laundry, and hygiene.
  3. Transporting clients to appointments and providing immediate crisis intervention and resolution as needed.
  4. Completing risk assessments and helping clients build de-escalation skills and strategies.
  5. Coordinating with other relevant professionals, including behavioral health, legal, and medical experts.


Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in social services, valid drivers license, and eligibility to attain a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License. Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, as well as expertise in Co-Occurring disorders, are highly desirable.
