Clinical Leader for Pediatric Case Management

Seattle Children's is seeking a dedicated Clinical Leader to oversee the Case Management department. This role will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and oversight of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies that are efficient, effective, timely, and patient-centered
- Collaborate with all disciplines, departments, payers, system partners, vendors, and community agencies
- Oversight of case management processes to optimize clinical outcomes
We are looking for an individual with a Graduate degree in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of three years of related clinical nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience
- Leadership skills to manage a team in a clinical setting
A Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of degrees is preferred, along with knowledge of and experience using improvement principles and concepts in a healthcare setting.
- Clinical experience caring for children with medical complexity
- Current or previous hospital case management or utilization review experience
The estimated salary for this position is $115,277.00 - $172,915.00 per year, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise.
