Product Manager

  • Develop product line business cases, including payback analysis, to quantify product strategy around growth potential and required investments.
  • Participate in the quoting process to ensure reuse across customers.
  • Support the marketing plan process for the company.
  • Understand customer success criteria as it relates to products and work with the sales team to develop the value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer engineering, business, or equivalent technical degree or diploma program.
  • Minimum 7 years of direct experience leading R&D and/or engineering design teams in automotive or electronics industries.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading cross-functional projects that integrate business processes, technologies, and organizational capabilities to ensure product and technology revenue stream within organizational profit targets.
