Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will report directly to the Branch Manager PC. This role is crucial for ensuring quality assurance of services delivered in the client care environment, as well as providing customer service and sales support for Gentiva Personal Care. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for client service inquiries.
- Facilitating communication with clients and responsible parties to coordinate service plans.
- Introducing new Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for any schedule modifications with clients.
- Maintaining existing client appreciation initiatives, such as sending birthday, holiday, and sympathy cards, and developing new ideas to enhance client appreciation.
- Documenting all client interactions in the Matrix system.
- Collaborating with the Branch and Staffing Managers to address client concerns, minimize unnecessary discharges, and support customer retention.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $25/hr to $28/hr, depending on various factors such as location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, with base pay being just one component.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of office experience and familiarity with filing systems.
- Preferred experience of two to five years in customer service.
- Knowledge of the Matrix system is advantageous.
- Understanding of state and federal regulations relevant to the industry, including labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
- Frequent telephone communication is required.
- Local travel may be necessary.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory.
