Position Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Discovery, LexisNexis, and West Law
  • Background in advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, and Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct depositions and develop litigation strategies
  • Draft legal documents related to litigation
  • Independently manage cases and perform thorough investigations
  • Prepare cases for trial and report findings to insurance carriers and clients
  • Summarize and review medical documents
