Business Development Manager

TRENTINI is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our client acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and marketing.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for helping others and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of TRENTINI.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
