Job Title: Field Survey Coordinator

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is a leading engineering, architectural, and planning firm in the mid-Atlantic area. We are seeking a highly experienced Field Survey Coordinator to join our team in Newark, Delaware.

Job Summary:

The Field Survey Coordinator will be responsible for managing survey crews and internal staff to coordinate accurate and timely completion of surveys for land development projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise multiple survey crews and internal survey staff to ensure efficient and accurate survey data collection.
  • Coordinate with engineers, office survey technicians, and contractors to ensure timely completion of topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
  • Review and ensure quality and accuracy of survey data.
Qualifications:
  • At least seven (7) years of experience conducting land development surveys, including experience as a crew chief.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
