New Home Sales Representative

About the Role:
LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Dallas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership, guiding customers through the LGI Homes new home sales process.
- Set appointments, close sales, and meet annual sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements:
- Top producing sales record and a competitive spirit.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work on weekends and meet sales standards.
- Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
