Position Overview:
Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing, & Electrical is seeking Customer Engagement Specialists to represent our retail partners.
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador at our partner locations, addressing customer inquiries regarding our offerings and motivating them to schedule appointments for service estimates. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for engaging with individuals and will be motivated by commission and incentives. Opportunities are available on the west side of Atlanta, with over 15 partner locations throughout the metro Atlanta area.
No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. The earning potential is $50,000 in your first year, in addition to industry-leading benefits, paid time off, six paid holidays per year, your birthday off, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers approaching the company display to encourage engagement with our products and services.
- Navigate the store, initiating conversations with customers about their home service requirements.
- Articulate the features and advantages of various products and services while gathering information about customer needs.
- Arrange appointments for our Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for service estimates.
- Establish rapport and maintain relationships with the store's leadership team.
- Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time.
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-driven individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Familiarity with smartphones for email and text communication is required.
- No HVAC experience is necessary.
