Job Overview

The Automotive Sales Associate at Serpentini Chevrolet Of Willoughby Hills is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling new and used vehicles to customers.

This is a commission-only sales role in the automotive industry, requiring a strong passion for cars and excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget, negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profits.
  • Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after the sale and addressing any concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business and meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • License and Record: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
