Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to become a vital part of our finance team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in managing financial records and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as bank reconciliations.
2. Maintain precise and current financial documentation.
3. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Manage tax preparation and filing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Utilize QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop) for tracking and managing financial transactions.
6. Collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial processes and systems.
7. Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
8. Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough financial data analysis.
9. Ensure confidentiality and safeguard operations by maintaining the privacy of financial information.

Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop) is essential.
3. Extensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax preparation, and bank reconciliation.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
5. Proven experience in public accounting is preferred.
6. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
7. Exceptional numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Proven capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
