Major Market Sales Executive

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the major market space. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on understanding the needs of potential clients and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the major market space
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies
- Present and demonstrate Paycor's products and services to potential clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure a deep understanding of the major market space
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- 4-year business degree
