Responsibilities and Expectations:- Admission Process Optimization: Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and maintain high-quality patient-centered care.
- Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing assessments of patient care services provided in the unit to enhance quality and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create a team environment that supports improved patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Patient Advocacy: Uphold a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.

Our competitive salary for this position is $_____ per annum. Additionally, we require:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 months.
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 60 months.
- Registered Nurse with Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
