At Fairview Park Hospital, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and a supportive environment for our nurses. As a Nurse Resident Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our HCA Nurse Residency Program.

The program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the tools necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment. This paid program includes advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentoring from experienced nurse leaders. You will work collaboratively on an evidence-based practice project and have opportunities for professional growth and development.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must be able to assess patient condition, perform procedures, and document patient information accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a registered nurse license is preferred. Some travel may be necessary for training.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service). We also offer education support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships, and a partnership with Galen College of Nursing.
