Key Responsibilities:- Streamlining Admission Processes: Ensure efficient throughput and deliver high-quality patient-centered care by assisting with admission and discharge processes.
- Ongoing Patient Care Assessment: Participate in the ongoing evaluation of patient care services provided in the unit to enhance quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with subject matter experts to foster a team environment that supports improved patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Patient-Centric Philosophy: Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
