Banquet Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional customer service and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review banquet event orders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to all guests.
  • Complete all side work and related cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Serve meals and refreshments to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down buffet or special food service tables/equipment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report any unsafe conditions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
