Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional guest service and deliver memorable experiences at our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review banquet event orders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests.
  • Complete side work and related cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions, including setting up and breaking down buffet or special food service tables/equipment.
  • Serve meals and refresh coffee stations to meet guest needs.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including locking doors and equipment, and returning keys.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of food and beverage items.
  • Display knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure equipment is in proper working order to prevent downtime.

  • Keep work areas neat and organized to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the company Employee Handbook.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the success of our events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
  1. 6-8 hours: Standing/Walking
  2. 3-6 hours: Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Lifting/Carrying (up to 40 lbs.), Pushing/Pulling, Reaching, Grasping
  3. Up to 1 hour: Climbing Stairs, Sitting
