Job Title: Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at Hudson's Bar & Grill. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Banquet Event Orders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to our guests.
  • Complete all side work and related cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions and ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Serve meals and refreshments to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed and the area is secure.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of food and beverage items and ensure that all doors and equipment are locked securely.
  • Display knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine service to provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
