Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Server to join our team at North Pacific Management. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service at banquet events.
  • Event Preparation: Review banquet event orders, prepare banquet rooms, and set up/break down buffet or other special food service tables/equipment.
  • Service Standards: Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure that all guest requirements are met and each event runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards, exceptional guest service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: 6-8 hours of standing/walking, 3-6 hours of crouching/bending/stooping, lifting/carrying (up to 40 lbs.), pushing/pulling, reaching, grasping.
