We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to provide exceptional customer service and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Review banquet event orders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Offer professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests.
- Complete all side work and related cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order.
- Serve meals and refreshments to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down buffet or special food service tables/equipment.
- Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions to management.
- Display knowledge of basic bar terminology and wine service to provide excellent beverage service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
- Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 6-8 hours: Standing/Walking
- 3-6 hours: Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Lifting/Carrying (up to 40 lbs.), Pushing/Pulling, Reaching, Grasping
- Up to 1 hour: Climbing Stairs, Sitting
