Aegis Living is seeking an Administrative Operations Supervisor who excels in interpersonal relations and possesses strong leadership capabilities, along with a talent for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Processing invoices and managing vendor documentation.
2. Handling the receipt, recording, and distribution of payments to the relevant departments.
3. Ensuring the precision of accounts receivable through various reports, including aging, rent roll, and census reports.
4. Overseeing benefits administration by clarifying options to new employees and updating them on changes during annual enrollment.
5. Maintaining administrative files for personnel and residents.
6. Preparing and managing payroll data, including onboarding documentation for new hires.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Strong professional interaction skills with colleagues, residents, and their families.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
