Position Overview:
The Personal Banker I plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our customers. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring maximum satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Informing customers about new banking products and services.
  • Providing account information, including balances, statuses, and transaction histories.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to five years of experience in the banking sector.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • A patient demeanor and a willingness to assist others in problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in banking software and standard office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to influence others positively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and to stand for extended periods.
  • The capability to work at a computer for prolonged durations.
