About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RecruitWell. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in family practice or primary care setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
