Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our Cardiac Rhythm Technologies group, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to customers, including physicians, healthcare professionals, and field sales staff, on our CRM products.
  • Develop and lead training programs for healthcare professionals on our CRM products.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify and report on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide regional CRM implant case coverage and support to our sales representatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our CRM products, related technologies, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
