CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
We are looking for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors and is committed to our value-based care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- See up to 12-15 patients per day and spend more time with patients to improve their quality of life
- Thrive in a value-based care model and improve patient outcomes
- See a variety of cases, from preventative care to chronic conditions
- Act as a lead and active participant in the care team through daily huddles
- Follow policy and protocol defined by Clinical Leadership
- Assure personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or True Board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience preferred
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment
- Basic computer skills, familiar with EMR and email
- Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Bi-lingual a plus
