Senior Clinical Specialist

Job Summary:The Senior Clinical Specialist will provide technical, educational, and clinical support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and sales representatives on Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and related procedures.
- Develop and deliver educational programs to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to AFS products and related procedures.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and provide support for customer-facing activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical trials and studies to support product development and market access.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide strategic insights to the business.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline).
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field.
- Proven track record of technical training assignments and experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
