Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, and occupancy percentages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be computer proficient and have experience with accounting or reservation software.
  • Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
