Business Development Manager

TRENTINI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new business opportunities and grow our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
- Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts
- Supervise and lead a small team to achieve sales and business development goals
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting and insights on field activity using our CRM system
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for developing relationships and helping others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required
