Elevator Sales Account Manager

At Elevated Facility Services, we're seeking a skilled Elevator Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating sales among our existing client base, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our valued clients
  • Communicate client needs and demands to our management team
  • Forecast and track client account metrics to drive business growth
  • Manage projects within client relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or account support role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for technical, mechanical concepts and terminology
