About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Sales Account Manager to join our team at Elevated Facility Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales among our existing client base, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with our sales team to reach prospective clients and expand our customer base.
  • Project Management: Manage projects within client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products and services that meet both client and company goals.
  • Account Management: Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Intelligence: Forecast and track client account metrics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and/or account support role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and aptitude for technical and mechanical concepts.
