Position Overview

Join our team as a Nighttime Customer Care Specialist

Sound Telecom is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to become part of our dynamic workforce. This role serves as a communication liaison for our healthcare and business clientele, managing inquiries, facilitating light scheduling, and directing urgent requests to the relevant personnel.

Our teams are supportive and empathetic, working collaboratively in a high-energy setting. We prioritize teamwork and strive to surpass our clients' expectations. We are in search of an individual with outstanding communication abilities and proficiency in computer operations for Onsite, Full Time shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally managing incoming communications
  • Welcoming callers with a courteous and friendly demeanor
  • Collecting and conveying necessary information
  • Accurately verifying and inputting data into our systems

Required Qualifications:

  • A friendly voice with an optimistic tone
  • Strong command of the English language, including spelling and grammar
  • Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Reliable attendance
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Willingness to work one weekend day

Experience Level: No prior experience required


Compensation: $21 / Hour with Perfect Attendance

Perfect Attendance is defined as punctuality at the start of your shift, timely returns from breaks, and the completion of your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.


Available Shifts:

  • Full Time
  • Overnight 7pm-4am PST Tuesday through Saturday

Training will occur during daytime hours. Upon completion of training (typically three weeks), you will transition to your overnight schedule.
