POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public spaces within the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS

To successfully perform this role, individuals must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sorts, folds, and manages linens

• Cleans guest rooms according to specific brand and company standards

• Maintains cleanliness in guest rooms, including bathrooms and kitchen areas, by performing tasks such as making beds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, moving furniture, handling drapes, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors, and dusting furniture

• Restocks supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom necessities, and linens

• Conducts deep cleaning as directed by the supervisor, including cleaning carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills

• Transports waste to disposal areas

• Replaces light bulbs as needed

• Performs additional duties as assigned

What We Seek:
  • Preferred 6 months to 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Ability to clean rooms following specific brand and company standards
  • Capability to clean areas as directed by supervisors
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as required
