Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Big Y, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with customers, educate them on our products, and maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide World Class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
• Build relationships with customers to create sales and drive business growth
• Perform maintenance and janitorial duties to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive store environment
• Maintain proper department conditions and supplies
• Operate equipment and machinery as needed
• Bag and box products, operate a cash register, and perform other tasks as required
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as needed

Requirements
• Ability to represent Big Y's values and culture through excellent customer service and teamwork
• Must project a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and businesslike conduct
• Ability to operate within Company policies, procedures, and standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the store
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Must be 18 years of age to operate machinery
• Must consent to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
