Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Service. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communication and Coordination: Forward all communication from our AI receptionist to the relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Client and Caregiver Support: Assist with recruiting caregiver calls and prospective client calls, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  3. Logistics and Reporting: Maintain accurate prospective client logs and reports, providing valuable insights for our team.
  4. Missed Clock In/Out Report and Follow-ups: Assist with identifying and resolving any discrepancies in clock in/out reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  5. Reporting and Data Analysis: Collaborate with our Director of Client Relations to analyze and provide reports on key performance indicators.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our owners, Gimbert and Carmen, as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
  7. Onboarding and Training: Assist our HR manager with the onboarding process for new caregiver candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.
  8. CHHA Certification: If certified, provide backup support to our team whenever possible, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional care.
  9. On-Call Rotation: Participate in our on-call rotation, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need, 24/7.
